Abode Chester Hotel

This hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk away from all the central attractions of the city. It is also close to a variety of restaurants, such as the Miller and Carter, which offers delicious meals at a reasonable price. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and nice views. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. the breakfast is of good quality, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The parking situation can be a bit inconvenient, as spaces in the underground garage are not guaranteed and may require you to find alternative parking options nearby.

We loved staying at this hotel. It was conveniently located in the city centre, just a 5-minute walk from the town centre. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the beautifully decorated rooms to the free-standing bath in our luxury double room. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the stunning view of the races from our room and the fact that there were great pubs and restaurants within a 10-minute walk.

By and large, it was decent base for sightseeing in Chester, had much fun and met attentive stuff at all times.

This venue is convenient for all Chester attractions, with only a few minutes walk to the city centre and just beside the city walls. The room amenities and facilities provided, such as free wi-fi in rooms, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The reception staff are really friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are having great service.

We recommend this hotel to anyone, no matter what their needs or preferences. The night duty manager was very polite and apologetic, even though the service was a little lacking.

Excellent customer service when it came to resolving an issue with my room. Despite a broken loo roll holder, the staff quickly rectified the situation and ensured my stay was comfortable. The upgraded room was impressive and the breakfast, although slow, was worth the wait. I highly recommend this hotel for its attentive service and pleasant accommodations.

The place was pleasant and fairly clean, it had great location and food. We got room with nice decor and a luxurious bathroom to relax.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city center with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from and great attention to detail in the presentation.

The parking was quite expensive, which was a bit of a downside. the rooms were also a bit outdated and could use a fresh coat of paint, but they were still comfortable enough for a short stay.

The whole place was clean, I liked it, and had good staff and location. The rooms with a nice view, a really comfy bed, for example.

The hotel itself is contemporary, we liked staff and rooms. Lots of supplies in the room: a laptop-size safe, an iron and a work desk. The best thing is location - really close to the centre.

Close to city centre, great location, luxurious rooms, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, extensive menu.
